Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To process this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

You will not be required to return the item in most cases.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, you are covered by our free shipping insurance.

Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days.


Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund once the order has shipped.
